Probably everyone taking augments out of their enecro4 gear and putting them in their DoJ gear. I know I went through a bunch of them recently.

Which if I do my math in my head correctly, that works out to be a 1.8% chance to get a Jeweler's Toolkit each time you roll Silver Daily Dice. I need more coffee.

I don't think that is correct, sliver dice rolls don't give jewellers kits, Gold dice roll has a chance in the 61-80% range.

Astral Shard Gold random chance from rolls would typically average 63AS / Jewellers kit chance(aassuming dice rolls are truly random and averages are average).
equivalent average cost of 6TP/AS would cost you 378 TP per jewellers kit.(ignoring other stuff you get from rolls)
