Req Wraith Tank typ build

Hi again all im also looking for a wraith tank build of some type that will help with buffs and self healing
be able to use ranged and when mob gets close can dual wield melee them
able to knock(open doors) detect secret doors
some sort of cc possibly

so im thinking some type tank palemaster build for playing level 5 to endgame and doing some heroics, i have no tomes or tr's or any reincarnations
i also solo alot so need the healing immensely and dont wanna really too much on pots not sure if now theres a way to get healed when your hit

basically a tank who can self heal alot and can range/melee mobs while knocking doors buffing and detecting secret doors did i mention self healing? not ffond of dungeons only allowing healing shrine use 1x
