We're an EST operated and populated guild so far, mostly me and a few of my friends from the area. Granted we don't have a lot of active players (aside from me, I play a lot and you know at least one of my characters likely) We've just hit 36 and looking to get 40 by the end of August for a new guild ship and an expanded buffs list.
