I'm planning on revisiting this build with the Vistani (10k daggers) and Falconry (wis to dam) enhancement trees.

I'm not sure AA has been a 'top 5 build' for many years. The top dps builds are almost all feed-on-speed builds and bows are the slowest form of ranged combat. Their benefits also tend to diminish in Epic levels once the Arcane Archer control abilities start becoming more superfluous. Lastly, Reaper mode has made the Fury Shot model a bit less desirable - once Adrenaline stops being an insta-kill effect, it loses a lot of its value and you're just left with intermittent bursts of damage that add up to less than what you could have done with steady damage (from another Destiny).
You also have to consider there's no actual damage advantage from that Wisdom. The only significant damage boost from the tree requires additional AP @ T4 to ramp up helpless damage - which isn't all that useful to archers until Epic levels and Pin. If you just go with a more conventional route, you'll do the same damage (more if you consider you didn't just dump 20+ AP to get Wisdom as your attack/damage stat).
Like Vistani Knife Fighter, the benefits of Falconry will probably accrue primarily to builds that don't already have access to weapon dps trees. Falconry is great for Clerics who want to engage with weapons as well as offensively cast. It will probably be a favorite of Wolf Druids. I can see people potentially trying to pull off 'caster Monks' who trade off damage for neat martial maneuvers. But for mainline dps? It doesn't really offer much.
