So, I tried to change the credit card I use to pay for my account last night and today because I am in the process of changing banks. My new bank blocks online game site transactions to prevent fraud. They *say* they've lifted the restriction, but I'm still having problems. So, I decided to just continue using my existing credit card instead. However, now myaccount.turbine.com will not accept that card either! AND all my account information has been wiped out (the stuff that says that I own MOTU, Shadowfell, and what my subscription status and billing dates are). What's gone wrong? I need help fixing it. My VIP subscription is due to renew at 15:57 this afternoon! And there's no phone support for another 2 hours and 15 minutes!
