Did the tech for party/raiding exp get in with 27?

Also I personally think the exp changes will vastly improve the TR process. Many, Many player, new and old, despite repeating content over and over to grind levels in the tr train. So anything and everything that helps reduce that will be utilized. So I do foresee plenty of tr runs on event weekends.

The other changes won't impact much, save streak pausing. That will encourage more off level runs.

Yup! The tech to create party and raid XP events went in with Update 27. We'll be debuting it fairly soon.

Too bad they nerfed the Crit range (now it's 18-20) on Fellblade. It is no longer the best weapon in the game which is a shame. The Devs took away a really good reason to run the raid when they did that.
