I have two characters in the Level 22 range (a Wizard and a Barbarian). I don't play every day, but I'd like to know if there are any guilds or short-manned static groups who typically play evenings in the Pacific time zone.

There is no power leveling penalties for epic toons, and a large amount of epic quest still count for bravery even with level 27s and 28s.
