    Default DDO Store not loading

Yesterday it worked fine, but for the last 20 hours or so DDO Store not loading on my WinXP 32bit computer.
It works fine on Win 8.1 though.

I restarted DDO client many times, also restarted computer, no effect.
Someone suggested to kill all Awesonium processes, tried that, no effect.

    Any suggestions?

Ok, this thing started to happen several days ago before U27.

Now we've got U27 and the DDO Store is still not loading.

The next logical step was to reinstall the game and that's what I did:
    1. Uninstalled the game
    2. Deleted the the folder in my documents (just to be sure that options/keymapping etc. is not the issue)
    3. Downloaded the new install
    4. Installed the game and updated (took me like 10 hours)

    And guess what?

I still see this the same empty window in DDO Store (and it's not loading, waited 10+ mins, if pressed Home button I see a rotating circle inside that window, but nothing happens):

Here I found a related thing:

    I did these things:
    • turned off router and waited 30 secs then turned it on + restarted computer
    • cleared cash (and everything I could) in all browsers (IE/FF/Chrome) + restarted computer
    • did ipconfig /flushdns
    • disabled antivirus
    • disabled firewall
    • made sure hosts file is clean (there is only 127.0.0.1 localhost)
    • deleted Cash folder from My Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online

Despite all that I still have the same problem.

By the way, Help page works fine (I have to wait several seconds for it to load though):

According to knowledge base Cash folder should be in "<game installation folder>\browser\browser" instead, for example, in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Turbine\Dungeons & Dragons Online\browser\browser", but it's not there and yes, I can see all hidden files.
Well, actually DDO is installed on USB 3.0 flash, in this folder:
    H:\DDO\Dungeons & Dragons Online
(was playing from it for like 2 years and had no DDO Store issue until now)

Year/Month/Day/Hour is correct on my computer.
But one or two hours was wrong several days ago (no idea why, probably a battery on motherboard needs to be changed, computer is 5-6 years old).
It could be a problem, but I'm sure that I corrected time on the computer before full reinstallation of DDO and haven't noticed wrong time so far.

I can't help you on why it's not loading but from my own experience killing Awesonium stops the DDOstore from working.

I was curious if the time on my computer actually matters.
Tried to change to the wrong time:
-1 hour = no effect (DDO Store shows only background)
    +1 hour = no effect
    -2 hours = no effect
    +2 hours = no effect
    -1 year = no effect
+1 year = DDO Store shows white page (no background), Help no longer loads (404 error):

I came back to the game 2 weeks ago, after a year+ break.

Clean install of Windows 8.1 Pro. Clean install of DDO. DDO store shows white screen, hitting home does nothing, hitting the back button makes the screen black. If I keep hitting the back button sometimes the store finally load until I log out. In the next login blank screen again.

Clean install of Windows 10 Pro. Clean install of DDO. Same as with Windows 8.1.

Installed the game through steam to check the problem. First try, DDO Store load fine. After logout the store doen'st work anymore.

I can't delete the "Browser" folder because it don't exist anymore in my installation folder. I tried, with no luck, deleting cookies from "My Documents/Dungeons & Dragons Online" and the folder cache.

I have found a workaround that allowed me to load the store this evening. But now it's not working anymore, but at least I got a message:

You don't have permission to access "http://turbine.playspan.com/ps-primary-web/tbddo/app/shop.jsp?" on this server.
    Reference #xx.xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx

    The workaround is:

    1. Clear internet explorer temp files and cookies and everything.
    2. Clear temp files located on: Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp
    3. Delete "cookies" file from: Users\Username\Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online
    4. Delete "cache" folder from: Users\Henky\Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online
    5. On internet explorer, go to www.ddo.com and login. (not sure if this step is needed, but i was doing it)
    6. Log in the game, and on the character select screen, keep hitting the "Buy Account upgrade" button until the store loads.

But now this workaround isn't working anymore. The playspan message is all i get, everytime I hit the "Buy account upgrade" the Reference ID changes.

The workaround is working again for me, after a full router reboot.

It looks like some ad blockers can cause this.
