Searching for logon server (Cannith problems)

I cant connect to Cannith server where my main chars are, although i can easily connect to other servers. When trying Cannith - i get the 20 tries of msg - "Searching for logon server" then error and client exits. I've checked firewall settings, disabled anti virus. Removed and added again dndclient to firewall . Nothing. Funny part is that when i connect through VPN - everything works correctly. I wonder what causes it , because yesterday i was able to login normally, today not, tried to restore system to the state from 2 days ago. It didnt help. The only way to connect to Cannith for me is to use VPN now :/ Below error from dndlog. Anyone from support can help please ?

Check in the launcher settings that it isn't trying to use a proxy and also use TurbineLauncher.exe to start the game.

I have been having a similar logon problem although the server I can not enter is Ghallanda. I get the same "Searching for logon server ..." with 20 attempts then it closes with an error. In researching this issue, I have tried disabling antivirus, firewalls and intrusion checks without success. I use Norton securities suite instead of Windows 10 protection but I doubt it is a firewall or port issue since this logon problem ONLY occurs with Ghallanda. I am still able to play DDO on all other servers but I would really prefer to play it on my home, G-land. The problem occurred since ypdate 27.

Same here (also on Cannith). Several logins of different characters so memory leak was building-so decided to restart launcher and can't get in now. To Stoner81's point-using Turbinelauncer.exe and system proxy settings. Rejiggered the proxy settings and doesn't change anything.

Also having no luck with the launcher.... I can't connect to any server though... how do I check the turbine launcher settings??
