I was farming some Kundarak favor for my bank toon in the weekend, and Sunsword dropped from Chamber of Insanity end chest.
(The original bastard sword that can be used with short sword proficiency, not the Ravenloft one.) Luckily it is BtCoE.

Wife's apartment finally empty, and as much cat-damage has been repaired as I can without going full rehab on the place. She still won't get her deposits back, but hopefully can avoid any complications from the land/slum-lord dreaming up cause to file for willful damages. But if they get stupid, I have a lawyer who's into that kind of thing.
... wonder how her cats and the neighbor's rottweilers will get along.
