Greetings, P. Casual forum-dwellers are as welcome as any.

We're pretty relaxed in here with the only real 'rules' per se being that that forum drama stuff stays out *there*, Muskateers is always spelled with it's "a", and we never ever type out the w-word...

May the /nabs be ever in your favor.

    They go like...

    100's
    1000's
    Triples (111, 222, 333, etc.)
    Sequential: (1234, etc.)
    Mirrored (2882, 1221, etc.)
Fibonacci numbers (Still not quite sure how they work... )

There are some others I may have missed,
but I'm sure some of the others can fill them inn.
But that is the gist of it...

    Is there a referece?
Math is part of my trade, so I should learn about these things.
Fibonacci goes 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,... next term is the sum of two previous ones. Next up 4181 and 6765.

Don't forget primes, sir. I also think Transcendental numbers and radicals should count (or at least Pi).

Welcome. I think this is like the third(?) iteration of the Tavern. Our elders can correct me if I am wrong.

    Welcomes much appreciated all!

Took me a min on the w-word. I'll be sure never to spell it out...

nabs? Term doesn't ring a bell, though the number series references make me think it's math related...

Okay, so there *are* exceptions & loopholes in that rule:

Any time the word "work" is in regard to function or process, then the full spelling shall be allowed. == This stuff works. How does that work? Etc.

The disallowed usage is in relation to the attendance/description/begrudging of one's daily occupation &/or the details/duties therein. == Another exciting day at w***. Funny thing happened at w*** today. This one time at w*** camp. Etc.
