Nothing starts a "Happy Friday" off better than realizing you're missing a credit card that you last used a month ago.

Turned out okay.
It had been nearly a month, so I wasn't overly worried that it had fallen into bad hands. Instead of telling the CC company it was lost (closed account, re-assigned new card, dent on credit report) I just requested a new cover picture on my card. New one in the mail.
Then checked account online and found last place I'd used it at. Called em, and they still had it held in the manager's office. And well, one doesn't make a trip out to Outback to pick up a lost CC and not make a lunch trip out of it.

Mmmmm steak, and all the fresh buttered bread I shouldn't eat... but will... and hot potato soup. Okay now I know where I want to go out for date night with hubby.
Of course my Mom will punish me for asking her to babysit by filling the kids up on cookies, possibly forbidden soda pop (I forbid it but apparently what mommy can't prove never happened), and if she's feeling particularly vindictive she'll allow them to stay up till we get home. >:\
Congrats on finding your card Cd, with no harm done.

Looked up David Carradine. Found first two seasons of Kung Fu in public library after watching https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J37QUZjOjF8

Hi everyone!
Condolenses to all who have lost loved beings or long-time relationships.
The D&D club I have been running has reached enough stability for me not to worry about it anymore.
Number of players is low, but I get 2-5 players around table each week, and many more have tried or seen the game.
The group is at level 4 now.
I think I have also got three students to load DDO.
My main has been on vacation for a while because of inventory issues. I have for instance saved duplicates of some daggers (sacrificial and high priesess, I think) in case I want to upgrade one to epic or make TWF daggerwielder.
Now that I have laptop that runs DDO well, I will be logging on on weekends with some alts. My first wizard is fun to play.
