Bekki's Slow cooker pot roast.
Slow Cooker Pot Roast:
1/2 Cup A-1 Steak Sauce
1/2 Cup Water
1 pkg Onion-Mushroom soup mix
1 Tsp Chopped Parsley
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Boneless beef Chuck Eye roast
(2 1/2 Lbs.)
1 lb. Baby Red potatoes
1 Pkg. (1 Lb.) Baby Carrots
1 onion, Diced
Mix water, Steak Sauce
And dry ingredients.
Place meat in slow cooker
Top with vegetables & sauce; cover
Cook on Low for 8-9 Hrs.
