So, this guy randomly PM'd me on Laurelin and just started... talking to me. Asked me if I was new. What I was looking for in game. Welcoming me, referring me to websites and people/places. He didn't want anything - it wasn't a kinship pitch - he just was like some kind of voluntary Laurelin Welcome Committee Guide who just PMs people lol.

I could get used to this.

Edit #2: Welcome Committee Guy is my first friend on this server. And he is also quite wordy. And likewise seems like wordy people. He asked me to, and I quote, "try to remember to jot down your thoughts, and questions if you have any so that you will recall them easily after when writing." Yeah buddy. Let me get right on that jotting down all my thoughts on this server. They are as follows:

-I think I made my guy too skinny.
-Why does my horse look so boxy? Were they always this boxy?
-Oh look, a dwarf on a pony wearing a huge tablecloth. And its got a lamp on its butt.
-I should just skip Combe, go to Bree and see if there's people around.
-Is that a beorning? It is! I should make one. Sometime.
-Oh, this guy has PM'd me like 4 times and I didn't notice til now. And, they're paragraphs!
-Okay, all these sites he told me about are bookmarked. I'll read them later.

They didn't round the hindquarters on the horses and ponies. So yes, they do look boxy. I really notice it when I'm walking on my war pony. *twitch* They didn't make the war pony's legs cross over when turning instead they drift like a car... *twitch twitch*

Anyway, glad it sounds like you've found a way to have fun.

You all can have the hot cocoa (it unfortunately has a lot of caffeine). However, tea is good. Chammomile and decaf green tea, yum. Unfortunately they put black pepper (which I'm allergic to) in chai tea.

I found the comparison with decaf interesting. Maybe there is another compound in cocoa that gets to you?

I have the same reaction to caffeinated coffee as I did cocoa. However you did just remind me of an article that Missing had sent me a bit back about how there is a chemical in chocolate that can cause people to react. I don't remember what it was called though. Fairly certain that I do have a sensitivity to said chemical.
