Aww... more negatives than positives. Other wise that sounds like it could have been something fun to check out.
But speaking of games... Maybe Turbine did take a smart stance in the long run by not allowing 3rd party interactive programs.

I made it through the training part of the game and only had to restart the game 3 times. It would seam you can't leave the game screen (to the stats/quests/etc. menu) during the training because you can't get back. It worked fine after that.
Graphics are very top-down 256 color VGA.
Story is kinda cute.
Zyinniah Hazelnut and Curissa Hazelnut on most servers.
Official Muskateers Bartender
Proud Officer of Acme Fighting Co.

Bored and wandering the inter-webs, I pull up some old movies on IMDB.
Particularly, The Sword and the Sorcerer: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084749/
I did not recognize Lee Horsley in either of his last couple movies; Django Unchained, and Hateful Eight.
Actually... thinking back to this bricking. My understanding is that it is a federal requirement that any phone be able to dial 911 in case of emergencies. Subscription or no subscription established with the phone.
Wouldn't bricking an otherwise usable phone actually break this law? Or is that too much letter of the law interfering with spirit for which it was intended again? I've got no stance on it, just pondering.

Probably covered by some technicality. Interesting ponderance, tho.

Next up - laws stating what colors you may paint the interior walls of your home, and limiting the number of artworks one may hang per square footage of wallspace.
