As people take up responsibility more and more for their own food stock, you'll find small houses actually holding "farm" stock. Which in one aspect I am so not against. You have more say what goes "into" your food that way.
Lets just say American "eggs" probably wouldn't be trusted elsewhere. the yolk color is wrong.
