I don't think I count as an "outer provinces" class, maybe "other worldly province" but we to share the brew your own is fine mentality.
Something that is of great delight when out on my brothers farm during spit roast evenings. Nothing quite like fresh killed lamb slow roasting on an open fire pit with a rather large assortment of home brewed liquids of varying colors

Apparently is that way in UK as well - at least in the 80s it was.

i'm gonna wait for the kinks to get worked out, then update. can't wait

also, the 3D printer is running fully. just have to fix an alignment issue with the gears, and i can print.

Congrats on getting the printer up and running.

Can you make 3D printed figurines of your DDO characters? Can you make them of mine?

What were you planning on making?

Woot! Weekend started early this week with the application of a little vacation time. Still, all those things I've put off til the last minute are again getting shuffled to 'tomorrow'. Oil change, packing, etc. LOL!

The drive towards Indy will be a night run (Thursday overnight) again as usual, but the return trip will probably be a day run on Sunday.

The default way is two fold. 1) Time elapsed since the last oil reset. 2) Odometer count reaching a value of reset+ X amount of miles. (normally about 5,000 or so.)

It is also possible to put a sensors into the oil flow. What type of sensors it uses I don't know.
I can guess viscosity and light, but the reality it seems it is a combination of different sensors plus predictive evaluation based on driver habits.

I would still reply on good ol' common sense. I change mine approx every 10,000 and have never had an engine problem on a vehicle I drive myself. (ex-wife's car was a different matter). Had 250K+ miles on my last jeep, and am past 183K on my current one.

while my printer isn't up to it, you can take a '3D screenshot', edit away the environment and order a figurine on shapeways.com

I'd feel like I was forgetting to pack something (like I always feel on departure day), but to do that I'd have probably needed to start packing already.

Have acquired road rations and got oil change done tho.

It is rather sweet, but i'm finding the sweetness to be rather refreshing after an annoy day dealing with staff screw ups. Rather nice to sink into the bottle in the corner of the pub and relax to.
