I saw the new place yesterday, but our old home was still hidden. To me it was like having a character you'd put 8 years of full-time play in to just disappearing one day. Today I was finally able to see the last day of discussion and am somewhat mollified. ...a little.

I mean, I know the Powers feel like it was necessary, and what's done is done. I counter the bit about 5200+ pages with the fact that we had passed 5200 pages back on Feb 6th. That's 5 1/2 months ago, and that just caused a problem now?


I keep trying to remind myself we recovered after the great forum purge of '07. But it doesn't feel like home again yet.


CDism: Bad enough that most of my RL 'stuff' has been stuck in storage since '07 - now my online 'stuff' is too. *sigh*

Ye were not aware, but I saw the foundation cracks some months ago. Time was coming, was jess a matter of when. *flips the page* I asked Cordovan back then about the setup and what would need to be done, and all came about to pass as I would hope. Better after a fashion as the old were saved in a time lock. The memories of the past can always be visited, but it is the now that we must live in.

So as of now, iff'n ye follow "Least I can do" they have done, of all things, ala Sailor Moon, a Sailor Bacon. Go forth, peer at ye bacon... and probably be disturbed a bit.
