Morning all. Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

I decided since I didn't have anything pressing but laundry to do today to do some much needed inventory maintenance on DDO. Usually I do it once a week and it takes about an hour or so depending on how long it takes to log/relog between all the characters I recently played. During the month of November I think I did this just once. I'm paying for my inventory maintenance laziness. It took much, much longer than usual and I think my brain was so numb it was trying to escape. I caught myself staring at the screen blankly while mental organizing other things I could be doing.

Please tell me I'm not the only one to mentally drift off during this most boring chore.

to be fair, the only time I do any inventory maintenance is when I'm about to TR.

At that point I empty my TR cache of anything I haven't already pulled out and throw away anything not applicable to the upcoming life.

Hope everyone's having a nice week. The annual Christmas Cookie party is coming up fast. I'm going to make sugar cookies and let the kids cover them with whatever candy decorations are in the pantry. I'll keep my better cookie recipes to myself, the friends at this party have proven over and over again they have no taste... so they'll mostly likely adore plain sugar cookies decorated wildly. I've got to be very careful about letting the kids have anyone else's cookies though because a couple of the ladies are ...uhm experimental bakers and they just don't think to tell you there's peanut butter in their version of a snicker doodle for instance.
