One quick run-by posting.
Little progress on the home organization front. Boy's birthday weekend so we let him invite friends over to new place and they played viddie games all weekend amid the boxes & clutter.

Hey, do any of you guys know of a good Druid “Caster” type build.
Looking to help my sons friend, 28 Pt. Build no access to Paid races as far as I know.
Son says the Race will most likely be Elf.

I think Gingerspyce had a druid caster build, I'll see if I can find it.

Been a rough few weeks for me.
Depression's gotten worse, but I'm staying in contact with the Doc, and should be able to get through it.
I'm keeping up with my coursework, hygiene and meals though, and fortunately most classes don't have an attendance policy, and the one which does has an understanding professor.
Been trying to figure out a colour scheme to paint some of my space marines, seeing as how limited my paints are and how i can't get new ones here.
Oh well.
Doppelganger? Whatever are you talking about, my dear?

Sorry to hear that DB, hang in there man.
You’re doing the right thing talking to the Doc.
I know you can beat it. Yourself intelligent, educated, smart, funny,
Creative, and a hellava great guy. I for for one am glad I met you.
Though we may be thousands of miles away some of us in our respective
Directions, you have a lot of friends here. So know you have somewhere you can go to talk, vent or whatever you need man. We are here for you.
And remember, You are a lot stronger than you think.
For your Space Marines, What colors are we talking?
Might I suggest.... Desert, Woodland or even Urban Camo...?

Thanks Bekki. I'm really glad I came here too, posting about my addiction to wonderpots :P
Now, as for colours, here's what i'm working with:
Wild Rider Red:
Flash Gitz Yellow:
Calgar Blue:
Then I have some Vallejo paints, with
Ghost Grey:
Glacier Blue:
and some white to use as primer.
My initial thoughts when getting these was for a winter camo, so I've got some snow texture paint as well, and a whole lot of blue. Luckily I ended up getting one of each primary in the citadel paints, so worst comes to I can mix and make my own colours.

With the help of a Colour Wheel, those basic colours will actually yield an enormous array of additional options.
I highly recommend keeping a painting log for all miniature projects. Use a toothpick or pin needle to mix small quantities of paint one controlled droplet at a time, then record the results. For example, 5 droplets or Paint 1 + 2 droplets of Paint 2 = Base Blue Gray. That way, if you ever need to touch up a miniature or add more in the same paint scheme, you will know exactly what you did.
Ghost Gray will lighten and wash out almost any colour so use it for creating faded versions of more vibrant colours. White will also lighten colours but produce more stark results.
If you reside near a university with an Art Department, consider wandering over there and asking some questions. You may make some friends and score some free paint or access to an airbrush.

Had fun running Korthos with the boy over the weekend.
Running on my little Gnome Rogue/ Ranger, Pieddel.
Hooked back up with my guild and got both of our alts invited in...
While I worked on remembering how to do it myself...
