Had warning that traffic last night was gonna be a bear with U2 playing at the stadium, so ran early. Got done at the far side of the city as the concert let out. On the trek home, I'm heading East from KS side to MO. I was the only one heading East on my side of the highway. Westbound was 3 lanes wide bumper to bumper at 12:30 AM. I felt like I was watching the Florida evacuation.
As I approached the stadium I change highways for the final leg homeward. The traffic heading East at this point picks up, but is loosely packed. I set pace with everyone else and realize we're all doing about 85. Then I notice a Highway Patrol cruiser running in the midst of our pack just rolling along with us. Lol.
It was a good night, as far as nights at w*** go.

nothing's happened yet, but i can already sense that she's not going to be interested in me in a romantic way.
so, i'm gonna skip the getting upset bit. i need to lose weight. while maybe not the direct reason, it affects me in other ways.

I just wanted to share, I took my daughter into Crystal Cove for the first time this weekend. She loved getting treasure maps and hunting for treasure, she loved the island with all the little campsites and the pirate ships. She enjoyed the music, although not as much as my son who was making up his own lyrics for it. But fighting pirates tuckered her out. Her character had to rest at almost every camp (campfire+tent) that we came across. She was more than a little frustrated that she couldn't sleep in any hammock.
So here is a screenshot of her cleric sleeping in a tent. The mimic is her new pet, the kobold is mine.
