Bad morning on the highways around here this morning. Just on my route home from w*** today, passed a 2-semi & SUV tangle, a car off a curve into a sign pole, and another wreck further past my exit that I didn't get a view of.
Now I can hear a mass of sirens out on the highway again.
....and this is with clear skies and dry pavement.

If you have an on board video card in addition to an add-on try plugging your monitor into the on board and disabling the add on card (or pull it, I had a home computer recently that the vid card went bad on and completely shut down all video output, even on-board)
shunt everything back to DX9 in the DDO graphics options
run DxDiag and see if it reports any problems.
