I can't remember whether I already mentioned this to you guys, or just thought about it so much that it just feels like I did, but I found a free game on Steam that made me think you would like it—World of Guns: Disassembly. It has guns, skeletons, motorcycles, and other stuff to take apart in a virtual model. It has an unlock system for the content, but there is also a sale on now for an unlock pack.

Black Friday, and eating T-day leftovers. Another annual tradition.

It would have been the other way around.

And protesting Black Friday.... I remember protests about Black Friday last year also. Some things never change. People always get more stupid.

Well Black Friday was chosen also to be international Buy Nothing Day about two decades ago, so protests will be a tradition.
They are not protesting sales prices, but buying frenzy.
Edit: I was not aware of the racial protests unrelated to Buy Nothing Day.

Yes, sir. I do believe those are cinder blocks. They almost match the gray stripe on the cuff of the sleeves.

Anyone else plop down on their bed Friday after the last batch of relatives left and quietly promised yourself never, ever again? Or was that just me? Took me all weekend to recuperate and cleanup.

Today was my third day of T-day leftovers.

I learned a Japanese word that made me think of this place—??, meaning problem, but the true irony is how is sounds... Mondai.

    Happy Monday, everyone.

edit: hmm... the kanji showed up fine in the preview.

That's okay, I turned the ?? into a link to the symbols.

On Friday, was still doing preps for ours doings on Saturday.

However, by Saturday evening I was learning how awkward it is playing Cards Against Humanity with son, eldest daughter, ex, and... mother.

We met some good people also. There were a few though that stuck out as real jerks.

I have no desire to play DDO any more. I quit just over two years ago for good. The only reason I played as long as I did was because Missing played.

Glad to hear it went over well.

I tired a couple of new dishes this year...they need some work. However it made it feel more like a holiday meal with those extras. I may try a coconut bread stuffing at some point...I do still miss being able to eat stuffing. That was always one of my favorites to pile on my plate.

Wow. Yeah that sounds awkward. Thankfully, my kids are still littles so playing that game is many years away for them. My mother wouldn't get it. Seriously. I keep pulling the diseased blankets card, like every time we play and its becoming a running gag... but every time I use it I win the hand so I've begun to think of that card as lucky. It sounds weird but not as weird as the sheer number of terms that game has introduced me to and the improbable number of them I hope to forget.

You made me look it up. It reads like a fun game, but I may never get around to it.
