    Driver license renewal done. Now for the waiting for the new card. love to ream congress over "homeland security" bs.

    now to goof for a time, then see about other things. Weather as of late has been a pain in our heads.
    A possible solution to the carpal tunnel mouse click issue with turn ins.

    Well it could be like our "life time" drivers licenses we have.
    mine expires in 2 years time... yeah don't think i'm dead then but hey... maybe the govt knows something i dont

    Get enough earthquakes and you won't have roads that are sutibale for most cars any more. Who needs a licenses to go "off roading?"

    hehe, 5 years on and we *still* have some roads that feel like a 4 wheel drive track.
    It still amazes me how some sectors of the place look no different today than they did right after the quakes. Gotta wonder what sort of bureaucratic screw up is going on to slow rebuilds down this badly.

    So I've been pondering the lotro server closures...

    I thought ok, might be nice I could put one of my higher level chars from elindilmir over to Lauralin RP server as a kick start as I've found that server really really nice in the past.
    No issuers transfering before if you paid for it, but now they say data transfer issues mean you can't take a US server char and put it on the EU server.

    What changes from before to now??

    EU servers and NA servers have different data formats/structures, so they are concerned about cross-transfers destabilizing on the target servers.

    Try driving in India. Potholes are the norm. Roads here are in terrible shape :/

    Oh I get that part, what I don't get is why it was ok to do a paid transfer between zone servers before but not now that some are closing. Just seems odd.
