TOEE Problem

OK, So I get through the first three temples: earth, fire and water, have all three keys and currently running around air temple looking for Kelno the Prefect so I can move the quest forward, problem is he is nowhere to be found. THe temple key is at the bottom if the temple with the blue forcefield around it, but no Kelno the Prefect or Rune to unlock the key...any ideas?

Go to the Air Temple Quarters (W exit from Air Temple). Defeat Kelno the Prefect. Click the rune to remove the forcefield around the Air Temple Key.

Enter Air Temple Quarters, immediately turn left, follow the corridor, turn right... take the door on the left. Kill orc, take the door on the left.

Have you been down to the forcefield to trigger the DM comment as he wont spawn until that has happened.

I missed a door in this area...finally found the room.

I never go down there until after killing him. He has always spawned for me.

Oh, i was mistaken then, sure once he wasnt there until that happened so i just assumed it triggered him.
