Default Cosmetic Archon wings: What would you do to get them?

DDOGamer Geoff Hanna posted on his blog an image of an Archon for U27. In the thread about his post, IronClan suggested an armor cosmetic (for the armor).

I want a wings armor cosmetic. I would love it, but they would need to be designed in such a way that they are not cheesy. Not static wings--they need to pulse a little, maybe float out on feather fall and leaps. We have a crown of fire, perhaps model them like the crown with fiery effects. Useless, just a cosmetic.

Favored Souls get the leap of faith wings so some minor programming modification might do it:

    Also from Geoff:

What would you do to get these? Remnants? Astral shards? I would make them very hard to get. Maybe have an alignment requirement? Just thinking out loud.

    Absolutely nothing.

Oh, you mean how would we have players pay for them. Gotcha. Turbine points. Maybe remnants a couple times a year.
I would make them very hard to get.
I wouldn't. That would be a stupid thing to do.
    Maybe have an alignment requirement?
That would also be a dumb decision to make.

Havent seen a single video game where there are cloaks looking like cloaks, everywhere there are ******** ugly squares dragging behind your back.

I don't think I'd want them around permanently as a cosmetic. Too big and distracting.

That is a good observation. But then, people have cosmetic pets...
Maybe have the wings only appear when jumping or something.

I'd rather see the art department work on making new enemies, not creating and troubleshooting wing cosmetics. Not having the fight the same recycled enemies would be far more entertaining that wings.

The wings already exist in game, this is an easy addition.

I discussed that with my guild leader few years ago.
While there are no sheats in LotRO, when you are out of combat your character takes down his/her weapons. They are not sheathed, but they're resting at his/her side (or back in case of two handers, bows and crossbows). The reason why I think its not possible in DDO, is because there is no in and out of combat in DDO like in LotRO.

like earth elemental summons, many times can't see a thing because of them (annoying for an archer).

To answer the question, I would spend some TP on wings but I would still spend more on bowstrings...
You nerfed my monks, throwers, dailies and alchemists.
I hardly play anymore, found a better hobby.
    Thank You!

The cloaks in Age of Conan look realistic and provide character buffs. AOC even has a cloak like the Game of Thrones cloak posted above.
