I will admit that:
Cocoon Tier 1, (Cooldown 12 seconds, 12 sp) 150 temporary HP for 9 seconds. Heals 5d6 HP every 2 seconds while the shield persists
Seems a bit cheap when you compare it to
Renewal Tier 3 (Cooldown 3 seconds, 5 sp) Heals 1d2 HP per 2 character levels every 2 seconds for 8 seconds. If target is below 50% health, grants celestial shield absorbing the 30/40/50 next damage. Requires being in Unyielding Sentinel destiny to self-target.
Both can be effected by Empower Healing.
But to me the issue is that Renewal Tier 3 has the ED requirement for Self Healing. If anything Cocoon should not be changed, but instead Renewal should have that self healing requirement removed.
Additionally, FoTW fast healing should be modified
From
Fast Healing: Passive Bonus: You heal [2/4/6]d20 HP each minute using positive energy.
to
Fast Healing: Passive Bonus: You heal 3d20 HP each 60/45/30 seconds using positive energy.
This change won't effect the overall numbers much, but will bring the healing more often.
