    Default Back in game after some months - why i have 2 char slots less ???

    Back in game today after many months.

    it came out this silly pop up window

    why i have 2 char slots less ????
    i purchased them months ago with the shop, why now they are cutted ?

    i purchased them months ago with the shop, why now they are cutted ?
    were you VIP? VIP comes with 10 slots instead of the 2 for f2p and the 4 for premium. If you bought 2 slots and were VIP and now aren't, then you would have 6 slots.

    Good news: Character Slots are on sale this week (IIRC) for 50% off.

    i were premium, i never been VIP, and i bought 4 char slots one by one in 1 year and half (i don't remember exactly the time)

    why in the hell now i have 2 slots less ?

    then they will have a record of it. (Turbine) - suggest either call them (during normal hours), and submit an email ticket.

    In the meantime - maybe (and I only suggest this to get you back in game) purchase the two slots needed and they should probably refund the purchases if (and I believe you) what you previously bought is missing.

    i've read another similar thread down here in the forum.
    maybe i'll try some tricks like login in myaccount and then relog in game to see if it fix it.

    it seems a bug that happens when you login in Lammania and then go back to the normal game

    FIXED !!

    to fix this bug you must login in your MyAccount but in the turbine mainsite : https://myaccount.turbine.com/ (and not simple in the forum like i did the first time).
