Yes raids are fun but no one on Wayfinder ever wants to run heroic levels anymore only the Epic/Legendary stuff.
Finding a group for LH or Le anything isn't really an issue most of the time.
Most Wayfinderians have never been exposed to real raid groups and how they operate.
I run heroic level raids a lot just to teach people how raid groups function,
get loot ,favor, and the much needed experience if they wish to join the bigboy raids at a later time.
Voice chat is the most important thing a new raider can have to start with.
You need to listen to what the raid leader says so you know what team is doing and who needs to go where.
Wayfinder welcomes all who wish to quest, raid, or
just looking for a more relaxed atmosphere where you are not shunned because you "don't have the gear" all the other cookie cutters have.
So with that being said "Who want to raid? Come all who want to."Diversity is the key to life, D&D and especially DDO.
