Action Surge not working with Vanguard/Kotc melee action boosts

HI,

Submitted a bug report that the U23 melee action boosts introduced for Paladin KotC and Paladin/Vanguard fighter are not activating the PDK Action Surge.

Anyone able to test if they work or not with the Human Action Surge? Thanks.

They do not. The doublestrike bonus from bard also doesn't work. Thanks for posting about this long-standing bug. Doubtful it will get help though since "who" panel is broken and "its impossible to fix."
