Friend Can not Buy TP with Steam Wallet

On the Main Toon selection screen if we try & Buy TP we get the option to pay with Steam Wallet that gives Err-2
In Game trying to Buy Tp Only gives Credit card / Paypay Options Nether of these options are VALID Payment options for someone using Steam Wallet!!

Turbine must not want to milk this CASH COW ! if not sorted Very Soon that £80.00 going else where like WOW

We're aware of the issue and while we are working to resolve it, I don't have an ETA for you just.

For info gathering's sake, your friend is encountering this with all of the bundles, correct?

No as far as i am know he has only attempted to Buy the £79.99 13,000Tp Bundle

I have the same problem trying to buy all the point bundles in America. I kind of went out to buy $50 for my steam wallet and I can't buy Warlock and some quest packs now.... any information or an update on this issue would be much appreciated ^^ Thanks for helping us!

When its working

1. Start DDo Through Steam
2. open the Store
3. click Add Points

the next screen should give you the option to pay with your steam wallet before going to the tp pack selection screen.

after selecting the Pack you want you should get a steam Popup asking you to OK the Payment

After this patch I don't get the err-2 message anymore, however I still can't buy Turbine points with steam wallet. I can choose the option to buy TP via steam and then the amount of points. After that I get a window with the 'Please wait while we process your transaction' message and it hangs there indefinitely. No points are added and no funds are removed from my steam wallet. I've already tried to reinstall steam and it didn't work. So still no Warlock for me

Thanks, it was the overlay, I must have turned it off recently. Steam wallet is working again.

I am having the same issue (got around to trying it out since EB was out of DDO Cards so I bought a steam one instead) have you ended up resolving it Deep_though (or CS) cause I'd really like to purchase Warlock (and some adventure pacts for my 26)

Mine might be different though as it says Err-19 instead of Err-2...I never get to the choice it goes Add points button -> Purchase points (in the steam section) -> Error An error has occurred. Please click here to try again. (ERR-19)
