So, what does a basic caster gearset look like now in mid to high epic levels?

For a Bladeforged fire savant, what low-effort items are people using these days in the 24+ level range? Been a long, long time since I was on top of gear options.

Not looking to farm out tough to acquire stuff as the Bladeforged Sorc is a phase that will be gone through only three times.

I am planning on using epic cloak of flames, epic bracers of wind, epic ring of master artifice, and that is about as far as i got (maybe the boots from 3bc...) and the shield from FoT or the PDK version. Libram of silver magic maybe?

Spell Lore: Some Greensteel accessory (Tier 1 = 13%, Tier 2 = 14%, Tier 3 = 15%) ... I'll assume you still have enough mats to craft a GS

Spell Power: Random Lootgen Stick with 114 Spellpower, alternatively if you have some commendations of heroism you can buy 114 augments in Gianthold and use something like the Mountain's Fist for 3 different spell power augments

Evocation and Enchant DCs:

Upgrade to epic version at level 26.

Enchant should be the second stat on one of your caster sticks.

Does not happen too often but I can correct you here:
+1 are ML16
+2 are ML24

Guardian's Ring is a good candidate for +1 saves ritual as well.
Also another WGU ML19 ring with 8 cha, potency, and yellow slot could be useful. I like Striding 30% here.

The easy-to-acquire stuff:

• Cannith Challenge gear to start, EN or better Wizard's Ward later (can find on AH for not too much)
• Restored Elfcraft Docent if you need Potency + Spell Lore
• Sage's Locket for +5 Evo DCs +15 Spellcraft

That's basically it. For an endgame caster you'd probably wanted a Thunderforged Orb or Libram of Silver Magic, coupled with a TF caster club; but I presume that's more trouble than it's worth if you're just farming out three BF + sorc PLs.

If you are doing a few lives ... This is what I did for my air / bard / wizard and I'm reusing gear ... A set for 15 ish, one for 20 and one for 24/25.

The artificer ring and fire cloak from the cannith challenges. Two each, one the highest heroic, T3 with master craftsmanship. The other T3 epic. This should give you four epic slots, so plan on the gear switch and put stuff like vitality 20, heavy fort, etc. that is sub 20 in them. Thus gives you great crit and spell power through the low 20s.

At 15, I like the infused chaos docent over bluescale or elfcraft. Slot it with 10 reflex or something.

If you plan on using a shield, Fanion in heroics. I moved to a Skyvault at 25.

Minos as your helm until 20 works.

If you can. Slot PRR. Resistance on item or in slot.

Move to crystalline scepter @25

Chase charisma where you can, madness trinket, shadow fell stuff. Evocation stick.

Slot what you can on gear.

At 20 move fort, masters gift, etc. To epic slots.

Also, how us your twink cannith crafting? Crafted on things with slots can make things like death ward, ff, persuasion. DC focus in heroics easy peasy
