Suggestions are to create for us the Feat(general) "Greater Shield Mastery" and the ED-Feat "Perfect Shield Mastery" as passive feats. While any other fighting style does have it´s greater and (except single weapon) perfect style.
The question came up for what reason S&B-Players don´t have the Option to get them at now and do we get em some day.

Cool. I'm running a S&B toon and would like to see a Perfect Shield Mastery. How about when actively blocking you only receive 50% incoming damage. Passively, it boosts your AC and PRR / MRR.
Dunno if that is reasonable or not.

Workout of those feats Needs to be balanced by devs. (they pay People to break their heads)
