Free Character Transfers

You know I've suggested this as an alternative option in a number of threads asking for server mergers but I don't think I've ever given it it's own thread so here goes:

Character Transfers are pretty prohibitively expensive for many players and for some not even an option.

DDO encourages new players to play on multiple servers {at least at first} to:
a) Find the server they like
and
b) Earn 100-200 favour per server for TP purposes.

Once you've found your main server or completed your favour trawl the characters you played on those other servers are pretty much left to rot {unless you're an altoholic like me...and even I have characters on other servers I'd much rather were on my main server.}.

So I'd like to suggest a special offer or amnesty where:
- VIPs get 5 Free character transfers
- Premium Players get 3 Free character transfers
- F2Ps get 1 Free character transfer
possibly with a 1 month time limit to give people who've quit an incentive to rush back

I can see Turbine profiting heavily from this btw as many F2Players will quickly become Premium or VIP to get the extra transfers and many Premium Players may pay for a month's VIP too.

It would also apprise many F2Players that there actually is a Character Transfer service in-game which may mean more money coming in to Turbine's coffers from transfers after the amnesty is over.

Oh and of course - More Character Slots bought too.
