Cannot reincarnate (free slots??)

Hello - I have used +0 heart to reincarnate my 8 level monk. This character is like 4 years old - when I go to 'Reincarnate' via character selection screen, I adjust the 1st level skills and feats, but when I want to create the reincarnated character, I CANNOT - why? Because I have no free character slots (so the game tells me)!

Why would I need a free character slot, if the old character will become the new, reincarnated one?

(I already have premium 4 char slots, all occupied, with no intention of deleting or paying 600+ turbine pts...)

Did you already log in the other 4 characters? or was your monk one of those? If your monk is not, then you'll need another character slot.

The monk is one of my 4 characters (out of 4 char. slots). All 4 slots are occupied (Monk lvl 8, Cleric/Ranger lvl 11, Druid lvl 9, Rogue lvl 3).

I could delete my 3rd lvl rogue, but I don't want to delete my 4th character that every time one of my character is about to reincarnate.. I think this is some weird bug, caused by old characters (back in time, there were different reincarnations).

Any experience with this with players that had reincarnated with all their char. slots occupied?

Further development:
So I deleted one of my characters, to see what it does - the process of reincarnation now duplicates my monk as a lvl 1 character with only rags and the wooden heart and no more info - as this new body, I'm now in hall of heroes, stranded, with no clues as to how to get back to level 8. My former 8 lvl monk still exist, still has the option to reincarnate.

In conclusion - this is a bug, probably caused by the age of character's account. Or any clues?
