Well let me see here, your account name on the forums can be edited by the mods i presume did they happen to edit yours? I'm not sure how this ties in to your vip status..your in game log in should be a different name than your forum name.

Yeah, your forum handle can be different from the username that you use to log into the game. I don't actually see any ticket in our queue with your info on it, so that would be why you have not received a response. When a ticket is submitted, you should receive an auto-response email that contains your ticket number and some info for follow-up.

If you managed to log into the MyAccount site and subscribe to VIP, you want to use that same username and password information to log into the game and access your VIP content. If something went awry, you accidentally upgraded the wrong account, or have more questions about it, PM me and I can set up a ticket for you.

Sorry i didnt explain properly.

The problem is my username showing as Invalid_85 when i am sure i didnt set it to this when i first joined the forum around 2006. I am a returning player and have just recently came back to the game. I cant access my previous posts from my profile. My username on forum is just a default one assigned to me from what i see when server merged may be? Not sure what happened in the previous years.

My ticket number is : WB Games Customer Support: #24001-682375

This account is the same as my game account and my game is working fine apart from not receiving any Turbine points of Favor for my character which i made before the free to play.

I am 100% positive I am using the same account for the game and forum account

Also one of my other game account has a problem which was also created on 2006 the username is fine on that but I cannot access my profile page on that to change any details. Just redirects me to forum homepage.

We'll make sure someone gets back to you through the ticket, so we can track the issue there. That said, I can provide a bit of detail on this forum issue. The good news is that changing your forum display name from Invalid_85 to something that isn't already taken is quite easy. The bad news is that if your "previous posts from your profile" are actually connected to the same account as your Invalid_85 forum display name, then it's likely your original forum handle became disassociated during the April 2013 web site update. We no longer have the ability to re-associate those old forum names, so your old posts under that name may be lost to you. That said, it's worth checking to make sure that the original forum name isn't actually connected to a different account, and that's something we can take care of through the ticket.

I am not worried about losing my previous posts i dont have many anyway. I would however like to get my name changed to something else. How would i go about that please.
Can i use my username associated with my other forum account like swap it over if i prove to you somehow both accounts are mine? And change the other one to something else? As that one is not working right either coz i cant access my profile.
