LR +20 still not working for Warlock as of 6/11

I tried to use the LR +20 on my level 20 wizard and change him to a level 20 warlock, but it's stuck on the 1st level. It shows a banner that I need to buy the upgrade. When I go to the store it's not available. I can't advance past that screen.

I also can't iconic TR my character to a warlock for the same reason, but I can create a new warlock.

to fix your first problem...

1. create brand new level 1 warlock.
2. open ddo store, unfilter for character, buy warlock.
3. log out then login with toon you want to use +20 Heart on.
4. Use heart and rebuild your non-warlock toon.

Copied my Char across today. No TR Cache , but can live without,

When I used Stone Iconic to HTR . I was unable to select Warlock, state not available even with unfiltered. Maybe due to VIP or the 60 past lives, Selected a Level 1 Rogue for life. Do a Gold role - 100 Jackpot - Typical +7 tome of strength 3000 xp Now if I can get to get the god to transfere to main sever. .
Then I Take level 2 Multiclass into Warlock., Allows this time . I obtain more xp and reach Level 3 , When Selectinon Warlock trainer it opens the DDO Store but I'm unable to select Warlock, (unfiltered so all options are available) . Log off and on , Exit game and renter Warlock is still locked out It from selection its states not available.

Success well kind of'

I created a new char, choose rogue playing level starting at 4 jumped off ship then went to dojo . Selected warlock class from unfiltered ( Clicked quick buy and purchase) and levelled to 20. Logged off swapped to main copied char. Warlock now available, 1rog/6warlock now for another heart of wood to see if that works for pure warlock
