Daunting Roar - Draconic Incarnation

Can anyone tell me what type of spell Daunting Roar is? Epic Destiny, tier 3, draconic incarnation.

More precisely, can someone with a diadem equip it and use the ability and see what type of spell type it procs at? If at all.

It is a fear ability, I would expect necro, but it is in Draconic, which would imply evocation. But then they might have forgot to add a spell type to the ability as well.

It's conjuration.
Imo it could use faster cooldown - like 1 minute.
But it works reasonably well for charisma builds or int builds with harper in EEs at level. Did arcane lives on pally and fvs that way - herd until whatever alert you are comfortable with then breath or burst. Nice numbers with Cannith fire cloak + alchemical pots + commendation pots.

Much better than oh so praised Soundburst twist.
