Smile Cannot take two levels of Warlock while on the Heart of Wind

I am building a multi-class bard/warlock except when I try to take a second level of warlock, I am instead directed to the DDO Store which tells me that I am not eligible to buy that class.

Since I am not done with levels I cannot get off the ship. There seems to be no way around this other than to delete the character and start over.

I tried this taking one level of bard and then warlock. I tried it with three levels of bard and then warlock. I was able to build a pure warlock last week so this seems to affect only multiclasses.

[Edit] I cannot take the second Warlock level in the test dojo either. Is multiclassing Warlocks supported?

You should be able to multiclass. I have a PDK 2 fighter/18 warlock currently on Lamma.

Same here since the maintenance. Chatted with many people on lamannia that couldn't take more than one level.
They kept getting this: "you do not have access to this class." Trying to buy the class didn't help either, it was greyed out.

I am having the same problem, and not just with multi-classes. No matter which trainer I go to, and no matter whether single or multi classed, I get dumped into the DDO Store only to be told that the Warlock is not available for purchase at this time. And like you, I was not having this problem last week -- only since the update of this past Monday.

I had this problem too, until today.

    1. Make a new character
    2. Make a Warlock and make sure you click on the "Free Trial".
    3. Load that character into the game
    4. Buy Warlock in the DDO Store

If you are doing a previous warlock, your trial seems to have expired, but going to the store won't allow you to buy it. You can only buy the class if you load a new character with a new trial into the game.

It looks as if you just got lucky. I followed your instructions step by step, including #4, but when I opened the store, Warlock was still not available. There was a message, "This offer is not available for purchase at this time." No matter when I open the store, I still get the same message, so going beyond level 1 is not possible.

DEVS. Do you have a fix for this?

I also went on Lam to try out Walock but couldn't take any Warlock levels on the Heart of Wind.
I just logged off. I'll probably start at level one later tonight... maybe... but I'd like to start at 7.

I hope DDO posts if they correct this.

I'll try to get thje free trail again. Hopefully its available later.

As mentioned elsewhere, this should be fixed with an upcoming Lamannia build.

After creating a new character and taking warlock, move on to level 2 warlock on that character, it is then when you will have the option to purchase the warlock class on the ddo store. Take it and then advance on the warlock class on any other character you want to (with the usual class restrictions, of course).
