This enhancement is supposed to give +10 range power, 10% ranged alacrity for repeaters and 20% ranged alacrity to non-repeaters. Is this not supposed to show up on the character sheet? I can get haste and it shows under ranged power, I can use a ranged alacrity item and it shows on the sheet under ranged power, but if the only thing I have is the enhancement it just shows 0% ranged alacrity. Hoping this is just a graphical glitch but not sure. Anyone else having this problem?

But afaik haste spell and ranged/melee alacrity do not stack.

I believe it's a display bug, (from what I've read) but is working. And yes, Haste should not stack with Alacrity, as they're both Enhancement bonuses; however, Alacrity does stack with Haste Action Boosts.

I never said they did. the 10% or 20% alacrity does not show up on the character sheet at all if it is coming from the enhancement. If I have haste or an item then it does show on the sheet. I am wondering if this is just a graphical glitch as I didn't really notice any difference in speed when I had just a 10% item and now have the 20% from the enhancement.

Basically, if I have no haste and no item of any type on, with alacrity it shows as 0% ranged alacrity on the character sheet. Since I have this enhancement and am using a great crossbow, shouldn't it show 20% alacrity?

No, because the alacrity isn't general, it's type specific. If it only applies to one or two types of things, it isn't going to show, and mechanic doesn't give a general ranged alacrity bonus.
