    Default Purchase not completed, unable to open ticket (at least no mail)

    Hello,

    I bought a VIP subscription code on ddo market, payment method ClickandBuy worked in so far as they confirmed the purchase with an Order ID 8762821172. Using that Order ID in the ddo market search (along with a non trivial password, safe to put it here for easier check up *g*) shows a purchase as well but I got an error message instead of the code to apply on my account.
    Tried to open a ticket twice, contrary to the promise on screen I got no mail about an opened ticket (was on saturday, waited for normal work day). Getting the market to send me a password reminder mail worked fine, nothing in my SPAM folder either and no immediate auto deletes there.

    Now, I'd really like to get that game code and play as VIP. Far better then asking the payment service to revoke the purchase and having lots of trouble. :-)

    It sounds like the purchase didn't actually go through. Send in a ticket to Account Support using the link in my signature, then PM me your ticket number so I can follow up on it.
