HP bar removal - migration

I am assuming that this is the correct thread for this. I play on a screen that is large enough to play comfortably, but small enough where any gains are good. How can I remove the HP bars to clear up the screen, and then migrate them to someplace else? By someplace else I mean a small LCD display or something of the sort.

So I have noticed that the UI update website on the Audio and UI FrontPage does not contain the things that I am looking for. is there something else that I am missing?

there is no way to relocate any of the UI elements to a secondary display.

You can minimize some elements by clicking on them. Usually the eye symbol, but some are different as I recall. Dont have the game open right now.

I'm still using an old g15 keyboard and when I play ddo the lcd screen shows my health/sp/ki. Not sure if there's a way to remove the on screen health bar thingamajig though. What keyboard are you using?

Okay, so I am using a stock keyboard without a LCD display. If I had two displays, how does DDO split between them? Could I move all of my elements to one screen and center on the other one? That would have the same effect.
