Harper Agent Strategic Combat II and Bow Strength

Hey,
I've been trying to tweak a high-dps ranged attack character and for a while I've been pretty set on Monkcher AA. But my regular group has encouraged me to explore Bardcher AA instead. At first I thought losing 10K Stars would drop the DPS too much to be worth it, but then I thought about taking some points in Harper Agent to get the INT damage boost and a couple other fun things. Does anyone know if Strategic Combat II and Bow Strength will work together? Bow Strength's language says you add your STR modifier to your damage, so I'm thinking it may.

Does anyone know if Strategic Combat II and Bow Strength will work together?

No: you can only have one stat serving as your base dmg mod; so if have, say, both Bow STR and Strat Combat II, DDO should use whichever stat is higher, STR or INT.

However, INT can pull double-duty with Harper in another way: you gain INT-to-dmg from SC II, but then gain an additional +0.5*INT mod insightful bonus to dmg from Know the Angles. The drawback to this approach is since your dmg is no longer STR-based, you don't benefit from STR bonuses like Rage / Primal Scream, Div Might, etc.
