    Default Missing VIP points

    Sigh. Been sitting waiting for my monthly 500 VIP points to appear and thinking "hmmm, sure I should have had them by now".

    Checked my history and, yes, they normally appear around 27th of every month, but didn't get them in May. Over a week late now.

    I have logged a service ticket (no reply yet, but only just done this), but wondered if anybody else noticed missing VIP points recently? Anything to do with Ghallanda going up and down I wonder?

    Really annoying because I need the points for a Int Tome that are on sale this week

    So how do you check your history because I think I haven't gotten VIP TP's for multiple months last year, until I renewed and suddenly 500 points was added and I said "oh yeah... hey wait a minute!!!" what happen to last years TP's? I can not prove it but I think I didn't get VIP TP's for the entire last year.

    Looking at the Store interface in game, click "My Account" near the upper right corner. There's a link there under Account Information that will show you your Purchase History. That will also include credits to your TP account.

    Okay I did the rough math on my last points pack and how many I should have based on what I spent (based on store purchase emails) and it appears I did not get my VIP points for approximately most of my past subscription year. I recall getting the first 500 and then not paying close attention after that, I do remember wondering why I wasn't seeing any after that wondering if they were just delayed but bigger things took my attention away. Until as I said recently suddenly getting them again when my VIP sub automatically renewed, which reminded me that I had not seen them for a long long time. The history only goes back 60 days on my side, which only covers the renewal. Can CS look further back Please? Should I call? I had a LOT of TP's from $199 points packs and basically just wasn't paying attention, I admit with no history I can't prove I was shorted. I might simply be wrong, which is just fine, but I'd like to find out.

    Perhaps in the future VIP TP's being added should cause an email to be sent out like the purchase receipts? If the history is only going to be 60 days this seems like required functionality to me.

    I do see your ticket, so I'll follow up with you there with what's going on.

    I went through your entire history for 2014, and you've been getting your points without issue every month. So, you're all set! I don't know if there are any plans to have an email notification go out when the monthly grants go out, but I can definitely pass the suggestion along.

    Just a quick reminder- barring any weird wonkiness (like apparently on May 27th and 28th), VIP Points for subscriptions are automatically granted to your account on your renewal or anniversary date. Sometimes they are delayed by 24 hours, but this happens rarely. Game Time Cards function a little bit differently, and actually grant all the points for your subscription period up front. If you bought a 60 day Time Card today for example, you would receive 1000 Turbine Points right after you applied the code instead of 500tp today and 500tp in July.

    Email would be great especially for people like me who (obviously) didn't check the total every month to confirm. Or another option making the history go back further than 60 days would serve the same purpose. Anyway thanks for checking if nothing else it means I need to reign my spending in cause I must have spent 6k more TP than I thought I did.

    This sounds a bit like my scenario. No VIP points in June, and submitting tickets doesn't seem to work properly.

    Aerrant, you have a bit of a different issue. I'll follow up with you shortly, and I do see your ticket.

    Another reminder! Please respond to the auto-responses that are generated when you submit a ticket. If you don't respond to that, the system assumes that your issue was resolved by the auto-response. When you respond, your ticket gets updated and then sent to an actual, living support agent that can work out the issue. If you do not receive an auto-response after submitting a ticket, be sure to check your spam or bulk folders since they sometimes end up there as well.

    Is that actually part of the automated response? 'Cuz I would only tend to respond if it asked me to respond if the issue hasn't been resolved by the time I receive the auto-response. (And I'm assuming this refers to the out-of-game ticket filing, as through the link in your sig, yes?}

    I did not see such instructions on the last (unrelated to this issue) ticket auto-response I received.

    (But I can be blind, at times.)

    So when you send in your initial ticket and you get an auto-response, reply to that?
