    Another reminder! Please respond to the auto-responses that are generated when you submit a ticket. If you don't respond to that, the system assumes that your issue was resolved by the auto-response. When you respond, your ticket gets updated and then sent to an actual, living support agent that can work out the issue. If you do not receive an auto-response after submitting a ticket, be sure to check your spam or bulk folders since they sometimes end up there as well.
    Responded to your email. Thanks for looking into this. I never did get an auto-response, which was part of the problem. I had already checked my junk files.

    If the auto-response either does not address or solve your issue, yes. Otherwise, the ticket closes itself after a while if we don't hear back from you.

    Auto-responses are generated based on what you select for the ticket type, and should say somewhere in there to respond with either more information or if the issue was not solved.
