Default Need help in choosing new laptop (DDO-capable)

Hi guys, my current Lenovo Thinkpad T400s have been failing DDO for almost a year (over heat every 30-60 min of play), and so I have missed the game for many months. Now finally I am making up my mind to pick a new laptop. I have read the knowledge base webpage regarding the requirements listed by Turbine
    https://www.ddo.com/forums/newthread...newthread&f=55

But I am by no means tech savvy so just wondering anyone can advise me if Thinkpad T450s is good enough for gaming DDO? (I probably won't run the game at the very highest quality by at least medium level is preferable)
    Specs:
    CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-5600U Processor (4M Cache, up to 3.20 GHz)
    RAM: Up to 12GB DDR3L 1600 MHz (1 DIMM) [Note: 4+8 Gb]
    Graphis: Integrated (Intel 5500)

My major concern is if a separate graphics card needed for good quality in the game?
The w550s model come with NVIDIA K620M and 16 Gb RAM, but it's larger and cost more $$
So might just want your advice. Thanks for the help!

it should be. would make sure has max ram and if possible a SSD, or at least a 7200 hybrid drive.

A friend of mine plays DDO on a Surface Pro 3 with great results.

Separate GFX processor shouldn't be necessary. DDO is an older game who's graphics aren't pushing the limits. You might not get the all the bells and whistles (you probably will) but those are just fluff.

personally I like the 17" HP notebooks, but am thinking of replacing my dv7 with:
