DDO Store Update

On June 4th our store provider, Playspan, will be halting support and integration of UPay payment methods (found under the More Payment Methods button). As previously mentioned, we are currently working on a redesign of the in-game stores which will help to replace these payment methods soon. Credit Card & PayPal are still available payment options, or you can also visit store.ddo.com to purchase points.

So, it's been a while now.

When can we expect you to resolve this?

Also, Cordovan, as you can see on the forums, this announcement went by unnoticed by a lot of people. Wouldn't it have been a grand idea to be a bit more communicative with major changes like this one? I almost wasted 50 Euro myself on a voucher just days after the options disappeared,and it was blind luck that I noticed the options being gone in the store before I made that mistake.

Is it really that hard to get an announcement into the in game store window?
