Default Issue with buying DDO points in game

I keep getting an error message when I try to purchase points. I thought it might be my method of payment, but I've tried several to no avail.
My character names all start with Wick. I've been playing since 2006, you should know me by now.

    On the turbine version:
i have the same issues this last week (double bonus points), but the payment for paypall goes through a loop.
i have enough money on paypall but the page wants me to allow the bank to take the money from my real bank instead of paypall (in small writing it said that only happens when there is not enough money on my paypall account).
then it goes to the loop back to the first paypall log in.
when i restart and select another payment option (ideal) i can select a bank, then i get the message that the shop will open another page, which in true fail fashion doesn't happen. (at least not within 20 minutes)

    On the steam version:
i simply get an error when i try to add points and it goes into an infinity loop.

I guess turbine is doing well enough as it is and doesn't want our money
i'm not going to bother filling a bug report but rather ignore it and hope that will help others with their Stockholm syndrome...

    Default Me too...

I got the exact same issue. I tried relogging and I tried updating my credit card information but in vain so now I submitted a ticket. I don't have Paypal nor Steam. I would really appreciate if a solution is found before the double bonus points offer ends.

Default Solved! (at least in my case)

The e-mail I got after filling in a ticket provided a solution in my case. I had tried updating my card information but now I tried again putting a "0" before my zip number as the e-mail, but not the card information page, told me that the system can't handle four digit zip codes. That seemed to solve the issue and I was able to proceed to buy my points.

It took me a lot longer than expected to buy the points as not the price nor the number of turbine points matched the offer posted online so I had to recalculate all the offers in order to decide the best buy. I get that you might have to give the offers in another currency outside the US, but as it still wasn't in my national currency I would have been just as happy to pay in USD as in EUR and most of all I would have loved to be able to see the EUR offer online in addition to the USD offer so that I too can access and run the numbers without having to log in to the game first. Please improve this in the future, it takes so little to improve the experience of your international player base.
