Armor, Helms, and Weapons: What would you like to see tweaked for new items?

Ah I see, your not just in search of a "look" you want a look coupled with a special effect. Like the weapon effects but on the armor. Its a nifty idea but I would almost rather that be a separate cosmetic, a particle effect that could be applied to whatever armor you liked.

Except that I think they wouldn't just be like glamering over a particle effect only...if we still had an image of the Robe of Winter Ice, you can see that it's an integrated outfit.

It looks like a robe with ice crystals growing out of it, and sort of frozen all over (if I recall correctly). So, yes and no; I'd like effects to overlay on cosmetic outfits/helms/goggles/trinkets, sure. But what I was asking for also holistically looks themed for elements, etc.
