hi i am jamie i have a fighter and i have multiclass with a monk evey time i get Ki i lose it with in 1-5 secs will fighter work with monk please help from jamie

Monks can't wear armor (ok most).
Monks need to be centered.
Monks need to generate Ki - or have passive ki generation.

Yes, fighter will work with Monk - but you need to follow the Monk restrictions in order to benefit from Monk Ki abilities. (pun intended - Ki/key)

Your concentration skill needs to have a few points to keep ki at all. Wear a concentration boost item may help a little..though a players 1st monk is usually a test run...it is a different and trippie class to run in.
As a no armor build , Monk can be rather challenging to melee with. They are soft at first ..then get a bit overpowering in heroics..and then they'll often suffer from dps lack in epic.
Can be a very fun class with some decent gear
